PROPERTY INVESTORS BUS TOUR

Information on the Trip:

Join Kristen and Jason from US Property Invest on a trip to the US. This is a wonderful opportunity to see for yourself first-hand the incredible bargains available. You will get to meet our experienced and professional team in Kansas City, Missouri and get to spend 5 solid days of looking, listening and enjoying what the city has to offer. During this time you will be introduced to our Attorney’s, Real Estate Agents, Property Manager’s, Builder’s, Insurance Broker’s, Banker’s, and many other contacts we have made in Kansas City,Missouri over the time we have been doing business there.

Tour Dates:

We are currently looking at the following possible date:
May 2012 Trip - dates to be advised. This is spring in Kansas City which is warm and lively.

Transfers:

We have a tour bus organised to pick us up from the airport and take us to the hotel and when we are ready to leave they will take us back to the airport.

Accommodation:

We stay at a lovely Marriot hotel which includes a free buffet style breakfast daily. They offer in-room movies, cable TV and voice mail.

Bus Tour:

You will be taken around Kansas City by a representatives and shown Investment Properties that are available for purchase. There will be contracts available on all properties so if you like something you see you will be able to put a bid on it there and then. In the afternoon you will be meeting our team and they will give you a talk on what they do and you will be able to ask any questions you may have.

Food & Beverages:

Breakfast is provided daily at the hotel, the bus tour will stop for lunch every day and the evening meal will be your place of choice. We also have wonderful restaurants that we have tried that are inexpensive and have great food.

Entertainment:

Kansas City is a large city there are many options for night time entertainment. We suggest you google things to do at night in Atlanta to have a few places picked out perhaps that you like.

Price - $5,500

7 nights accommodation and bus tour. Not included in this price is lunches and evening meals.
